Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign yours before any detailed conversation about your systems, data, or roadmap. Most of our work is never discussed publicly.
Where does the work live?
In your environment — repos, cloud, and data — from the first commit. Where a system uses components from Terrafusion's own harness toolkit, we identify them up front. You can run the system without us.
What does Terrafusion bring of its own?
Harness components and tooling we own — memory, voice, evaluation — already proven in production. We deploy them inside your environment, under your governance, configured to the business.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Scoped per project, not sold in packages. A specialist engagement can be weeks; a full platform build runs longer. You get a clear picture in the first conversation.
How big is the team?
The engineers on the first call are the engineers who ship. When a project needs more hands, we bring in people we have already shipped with.
How long does a typical project take?
Something real in your environment within weeks, then we iterate toward production. You see progress as we go.

Can you build in regulated or air-gapped environments?
Yes — we build to your compliance environment. We don't fine-tune models on your private data, and we engineer to pass your auditors — ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, UK GDPR.
