Who we are
Terrafusion is a software factory and AI research lab, and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered legal entity name, address, and company number are being finalised and will be published here when confirmed. Until then, you can reach us about any data question at avi@terrafusion.ai.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. Waitlist: your email address. This website does not use analytics or chat tools, and we do not collect special category data through it.
Lawful bases
We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) and, where an engagement follows, contract. Waitlist emails are processed on the basis of your request to be notified. This site sets one strictly necessary cookie — see our Cookie Policy.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of processors to run this site: Resend (transactional email delivering form submissions) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service to us and under its own data processing terms. No analytics, advertising, or chat processors are used on this website.
Data retention
A fixed retention schedule will be published with the full policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Your rights below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at avi@terrafusion.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
International transfers
Some of our processors are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to keep it protected to UK standards.
